Digital & Technology

The D&T department Is responsible for a variety of tasks related to digital and technology initiatives. They focus on areas such as analytics, agile product management, cloud data management, IT service management, and emerging technologies. The department also plays a crucial role in managing IT access risks and supporting business processes. Additionally, D&T is involved in organizing training sessions and development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees within the function.

Sales

The Sales department is responsible for managing and servicing existing outlets while prospecting and developing new accounts to build long-term customer relationships and increase sales revenue. They conduct client visits to achieve sales targets, ensure product availability, negotiate listings and targets for strategic focus brands, and promote product affordability by adhering to Recommended Retail Price guidelines. Additionally, they oversee trade development, team management, and market analysis to support decision-making.

The Corporate Affairs department is responsible for managing the company's reputation and relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government, and communities.
