The objective of the Management Trainee Program is to ensure the inflow of talents to enable  Bralirwa  to become self-sufficient in talent in the long term.
We aim to recruit and develop high quality fresh graduates who have the potential to become senior managers of the Company in the long term.
The management trainee program is a gateway to many opportunities within Bralirwa and Heineken worldwide to gain experience in a wide and dynamic work environment through different assignments
